To book, please email us at booking@cubanexperiencetours.com  (or use the ‘Contact Us’ form above or to the left) with the following information: a) which tour and departure date you wish to travel on; b) how many people will be in your party; c) the full name and age of all members of your party; and d) which payment method you intend to use. Please note that at this time, due to technical limitations in Cuba, we can only accept payment by international bank transfer or by PayPal. Please do not send payment at the time of this initial booking.

After we have received your email, we will send you a reply with a list of further information we require to complete your booking, and information on how to send us your deposit. Please note that your place on your tour is not fully guaranteed until we have received a deposit of 20% of the US$ cost of your tour. Full payment is required a minimum of 8 weeks before the tour departure date. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of departure, the full US$ amount is payable at the time of booking. Your ‘local payment’ is payable to your tour leader upon arrival.

If you would like to book extra accommodation before your trip starts or after your trip ends, please let us know; we will be more than happy to arrange it for you.
